Manage Your MASS Membership

To manage your membership, please follow the instructions below depending on the date you subscribed. If you want us to handle it for you, no problem. Just email us at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to help.

For everyone not using PayPal your membership is through Kajabi/Stripe and can be managed on the member's site

Click on your avatar icon and in the dropdown click on “settings.” On the left side of the page click on “billing.” You’ll now see your saved credit cards and active subscriptions. To update your card information, click on the three dots on the right side of the saved cards row then click on “updated card.” Go ahead and enter your new card information.

To cancel your membership, click on your avatar icon and in the dropdown click on “settings.” On the left side of the page click on “billing.” You’ll now see your saved credit cards and active subscriptions. To cancel click on the three dots on the right side of the “active subscriptions” row and select “Cancel this Subscription” from the dropdown. If you choose this option, we wish you the best, but we will miss you.

NOTE: If you cancel your subscription, you will immediately lose access to this member site. 

 

For those using PayPal

If you subscribed through PayPal, you will need to login to PayPal to take those actions. To cancel, once in your PayPal account select “payments” on the top menu then select “manage automatic payments” under the “automatic payments section.” Then, select the merchant (MASS) that you want to cancel payments to on the left side bar. Then, click “cancel” and finally confirm that cancellation.
